LEADERSHIP


Troy is the founder of Rise Brands. Having a focused passion for branding, design and strategy, Troy excels at transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. He has extensive brand and creative development experience that can be seen across multiple industries. Prior to Rise, Troy founded ELEVATEthinking, a brand design and strategy agency focused on creating deep consumer engagements for its clients. Troy’s excitement for creating new and unique destinations can be seen throughout our development process – from the creation of a simple idea to our precise execution bringing that idea to life – his focus on every detail ensures each concept delivers an unparalleled experience.

Hana is Chief Executive Officer of Rise Brands. Hana previously served as CEO and President of Drive Shack, the group behind Puttery, and held senior roles at Topgolf, overseeing the opening of 23+ locations. She began her career at Live Nation Entertainment, managing multiple venues, before advancing to Topgolf to help revamp the labor model and lead new venue openings. At Rise Brands, Hana guides the company’s next chapter of growth and innovation. Outside work, Hana enjoys time with her husband and daughter, traveling, concerts, the outdoors, and exploring new restaurants.

Chris is an experienced financial executive with a focus on driving finance, accounting, strategy and operations with impactful data and analytics. Prior to Rise, Chris most recently worked with a leader in on-demand apparel fulfillment where they fulfilled for numerous marketplaces. He has diverse experience in a variety of high-growth retail environments during his career. When he is not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, sports, traveling, or finding another reason for the family to eat some ice cream.

Sarah leads our Project Management, Technology, Supply Chain, and Facilities teams. She sits at the intersection of strategy and operations to make sure we execute big initiatives on time, on budget, and seamlessly. With experience driving innovation and strategy in retail, food manufacturing, and utilities, she blends corporate expertise with a go-getter mindset. She loves tackling big problems with clarity, creativity, and collaboration. Outside of work, you'll find Sarah exploring Columbus with a cup of coffee, her husband, and their two daughters.

Clayton Stanley brings 15+ years of hospitality and entertainment experience to his role as VP of Pins Mechanical Co., where he oversees operations across Pins and 16-Bit Bar+Arcade, the biggest brand sector in the Rise Brands portfolio. He's responsible for streamlining processes, scaling what works, and making sure the behind-the-scenes runs just as smoothly as the guest experience. Clayton builds strong teams through hands-on coaching and a culture of growth, all while keeping the energy that makes our brands what they are. With a clear vision for innovation and operational scalability, he's focused on setting our stores up for success.

Silvia Mbadinuju is the Vice President of No Soliciting and Brand Standards at Rise Brands. She leads operations for N/S, our members' club, and keeps brand standards sharp across the full Rise Brands portfolio. Her background spans high-volume entertainment venues, restaurants, and fast-casual dining, so she knows what great looks like at every speed and scale. Day to day, Silvia is focused on maintaining an elevated member experience at N/S while building the operational systems that help every Rise Brands concept scale and stay true to what makes it special. She's the person who connects the dots between big-picture strategy and the details guests actually experience.
